Draft notice
Submission & Offer Terms (Draft)
Draft for review before publication. This page is plain-language draft content for review and refinement. It is not legal advice and may be revised before final publication.
1) Submission Accuracy
Customers should provide complete and accurate device details, including model, storage, condition, carrier status, and any known issues. Missing or incorrect information can affect review results and any offer that may be provided.
2) Ownership or Authorization to Sell
By submitting a device, the customer confirms they are the lawful owner or are authorized to sell the device. FEUD TECH may request reasonable ownership confirmation before proceeding with an offer or payment arrangement.
3) No Guarantee of an Offer
A submission request does not guarantee that an offer will be issued. FEUD TECH may determine that a device is not eligible for purchase after review.
4) Resale-Based Pricing
Any offer is based on resale demand, device condition, risk, and processing factors. Offers may be lower than retail marketplace listings and are presented as no-obligation resale-based cash offers.
5) Inspection and Condition Verification
Submitted devices are subject to inspection. FEUD TECH may verify physical condition, component integrity, and consistency with the information provided in the submission.
6) Activation-Lock and Functionality Review
Review may include activation-lock status, account lock status, and core functionality checks. Devices that are locked, restricted, or materially non-functional may receive a revised offer or no offer.
7) Offer Acceptance or Decline
If an offer is issued, the customer may choose to accept or decline. Declining an offer means no sale is completed under that offer.
8) Payment Arrangements Under Agreed Terms
Payment arrangements are made only after offer acceptance and completion of any agreed review or transfer requirements. Payment method and final terms are confirmed directly with the customer at that stage.
9) Right to Decline or Revise an Offer
FEUD TECH reserves the right to decline a submission or revise a proposed offer when review findings differ from submitted information or when eligibility concerns arise.
