Shipping & Reimbursement Policy

Sellers are responsible for paying the outbound shipping cost upfront. Once the resale transaction is successfully completed, the buyer approves the device, and Feud Tech receives cleared payment, the seller will receive a shipping reimbursement credit for the eligible, previously agreed outbound shipping amount.

The reimbursement is added to the seller’s final payout. If the transaction is not completed, the outbound shipping cost is generally not reimbursed, except where Feud Tech is responsible under the agreed terms. Return shipping for rejected devices or declined revised offers may be the seller’s responsibility under the written agreement.
